How I work
I was trained in, and have further developed, an integrative way of working, which means I am able to work flexibly with you, offering a variety of counselling approaches. We will work with whatever you wish to share. I’m based in the Netheredge (S7) and Ecclesall (S11) areas of Sheffield and I provide both short and long term therapy for adults.
Qualifications and experience
I have a Professional Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I have worked for Cruse Bereavement Care since I completed their Awareness in Bereavement Care Course in 2013.
Sessions and fees
Our sessions will be weekly (unless otherwise agreed) and last 50-60 minutes. The charge is £40 per session, £30 for concessions and is payable by cash or cheque at the beginning of each session.
Memberships and Insurance
I have MNCS (Accred) membership of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and I am on a register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. I also have membership of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). My work is in accordance with the NCS Code of Ethics and BACP Ethical Framework. For our protection I am covered by Professional Liability Insurance.
Before we begin our work together, we will need to agree a Contract. Please click the contract button for more details.
