About Me...

My name is Julie. I’m based in the Netheredge (S7) and Ecclesall (S11)  areas of Sheffield and I provide both short and long term therapy for adults. 


How I work

I was trained in, and have further developed, an integrative way of working, which means I am able to work flexibly with you, offering a variety of counselling approaches.  We will work with whatever you wish to share.  

 

Qualifications and experience

I have a Professional Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I have accredited registered membership of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS) (Accred) and I am on registers that are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.  This means that I adhere to high standards of proficiency, professionalism and good practice. My work is in accordance with the NCPS Code of Ethics. I have 8 years experience of working for Cruse Bereavement Care and I am a member of The Foundation for Infant Loss.   


Sessions and fees

Our sessions will be weekly (unless otherwise agreed) and last 50-60 minutes.  The charge is £50 per session, £40 for concessions and is payable by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer at the beginning of each session. 


Insurance

For our protection I am covered by Professional Liability Insurance.
